"Agree to Terms" Checkbox for Shopify (Snippet)

Add a T&C agreement checkbox on your product page or cart page.

Add to Cart and Checkout buttons are disabled until the customer checks the checkbox.

You can easily change the text, link, and colors.

There are many reasons you might want this feature, e.g.:

1. Legal reasons
2. You don't provide refunds.
3. It's an expensive product or difficult to ship, and you want to reduce the chances of a wrong order.

This is a snippet of code that you can use in the custom liquid section or custom liquid block in your Shopify 2.0 theme.

Please note:

Unlike my other products, this will not create a section or a block with various settings / options in the Shopify sidebar. Rather it's just raw code, so if you want to change things like the font or colors, you need to edit the code yourself. But I've made this easy to do, and provided instructions in the PDF for common changes you might want, like the text and colors.
